Scaling PowerPoint text with objects simultaneously

While working with PowerPoint, you may notice that every time you choose a couple of objects and a text or a diagram from your abstract PowerPoint presentation click here in order to scale them, ppt program will scale all objects in the way you can expect, but at the same time, the font size will not be changed. Follow these steps to avoid this problem:

1. Choose the objects and the text.
2. Go to the menu <Edit> and select <Cut>.
3. In the same menu select <Paste Special>.
4. Now go to the <AS> and click <OK> on the <Picture>.
5. Now the scaling is going to be done, but keep holding the key <Shift> in order to save the proportion.
