Finding particular slides with specified words

In order to find slides in your real estate presentation with specified words, you will have to do the following:

1. You need to open ppt presentation.
2.  Go to the menu <View>.
3. Now you should choose <Slide Sorter>.
4. You can see the list of all PowerPoint slides look at this from your presentation. The viewing size of the ppt slides can be changed to smaller or bigger one. In order to change it, you will need to click the menu <Edit>, then <Zoom> and put the size number.
5. Go to the menu <Edit>.
6. Choose <Find>.
7. Now type in the word you need to find in the popped up window.
8. You need to click <Find All>.
