Inserting Clip Arts into ppt slides

Let’s imagine an ordinary situation – you need to prepare a report. The best choice is to make it with the help of financial presentation PowerPoint see that. You can make it even more comprehensive adding some clip arts. In order to add it, please follow these steps:

1.      You should use the standard toolbar and click the button <Insert Clip Art>.

2.      Now you have activated the dialog box <Clip gallery>.

3.      Use the tab <Clip Art>.

4.      Now you can see the list with categories, go to for example <Cartoon> and choose one from this category.

5.      By clicking the chosen image, you will insert it to the ppt slide. Use the button <Insert>.
