Decorating

which it is required to establish the mouse index on any toolbar, then to press
the right button of the mouse and in the appeared contextual menu to choose a
command Drawing +.
Let's
consider the basic devices of drawing and graphics in PowerPoint:
If
you want to draw any figure, it is necessary to choose the drawing tool, having
pressed the corresponding button on the toolbar.
To
draw some objects of one type or to execute identical actions with the ready
objects, not using the same tool all the time, it is necessary to execute a double
click on its button.
If
you wish to execute any actions with the created figure, it is necessary to
allocate it at first, having executed a click by the mouse.
To
allocate object, which is hidden by other objects completely or partly, it is
necessary to allocate the object located in the foreground, and then to press a
key (Tab) until the necessary object will be allocated.
It
is necessary to keep pressed a key (Shift) during drawing for to draw a circle
with the tool Ellipse, a square – with the tool Rectangle, and a circle arch –
with the tool Arch.
It
is necessary to keep during drawing a key (Shift) for the line, which is drawn
by the tool Line, should be horizontal or vertical.
To
allocate some PowerPoint objects, it is necessary to carry out consistently
clicks by the mouse on them, keeping pressed a key (Shift). It is possible to
allocate all objects, having pressed a combination of keys (Ctrl+A).
Except
drawings, the program PowerPoint following
allows to add also the audio and video
clips in the presentations which allow you to keep up to date and put you in
one range with the leading manufacturers of multimedia! To get acquainted with
these possibilities, the special equipment (expensive videos and audio of a
card, the good display and a high-quality acoustic system), and also the audio
and video files are necessary. The audio and video data are inserted by means
of the menu Insert in the same way, as any fragments from a library of the
illustrative inserts.
